Origin Stories with Trae Bohlen

I'm looking for podcasts guests to discuss their origins, pivots, redirection and resurrections. As entrepreneurs, we all have a story and that's what I love to tell!

This Week—A Chance to Be Featured on Another Podcast.

Cory Dunham, from BDBMarketing and the West Washtenaw Business Association, is in the process of co-creating a new “Sales and Marketing” podcast with Jake Stahl (a Fractional Chief Learning Officer and Sales Coach). They are looking for business owners that have challenges with either marketing or sales and are willing to share with us for our “podcast content,” and are possibly willing to be featured on one of our upcoming episodes. For only $20 a month you can subscribe and support the A2 Networking Community

Support a service that serves you and your networking goals every week.

As a regular subscriber, you and your business or organization will be interviewed and featured in the A2 Networking Newsletter and be able to tell your story to others in the A2 Networking Community.

Additionally, we will be holding coffee gift card drawings for subscribers to win a gift card to a local coffee shop.

It is also a legitimate business expense.

Thank you for supporting the work that goes into researching and publishing the A2 Networking Newsletter every week.

Please help us thank Kevin Krull. A long-time subscriber to A2 Networking

We recently asked Kevin about his businesses, how he likes to give back to the community, and what referrals or introductions would be most beneficial to him.

What type of services does your business provide?

I own two complimentary franchises in the same industry: 1-800 Water Damage and Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ. Both specialize in helping commercial and residential clients recover and restore their property after disasters. Our expertise includes water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, trauma and smoke clean-up, contents restoration, and nationwide disaster response. We provide solutions for property owners facing interruptions to their daily operations due to disasters.

How do you like to give back to the community?

My wife and I prioritize supporting local businesses by dining and shopping locally whenever possible. We actively contribute to our local chamber of commerce, business associations, and several local charities. Additionally, we donate to larger charities that aid communities globally. Through our businesses, we also lend our expertise to assist organizations and individuals facing hardships due to disasters.

What referral introductions would be most beneficial to you?

We rely on referrals from plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and contractors who often hear about emergencies first. We work with all insurance companies, accept private pay, offer free consultations for any loss, and provide free risk analysis inspections for Disaster Response Plans for commercial properties. Our mission: Restore What Matters Most.
